We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
We do not accept Illinois Public Aid or Medicaid.
For those patients without insurance, please plan to pay in full at the time services are rendered. We do offer a 90 day payment plan for some services. You also have the option to apply for Care Credit or use your existing Care Credit card. We will go over this with you before we start any treatment.
We participate in the Cigna Radius Network and Delta Dental Premier Network. As a courtesy to our patients we file all insurance claims whether we are in or out of network. If your insurance requires you to see an in network dentist your insurance company will still pay, but it may be less than a preferred provider would receive resulting in a higher out of pocket expense for you. If you have questions, we will try to help, but you may need to contact your employer or insurance company directly. Please bring your insurance information with you!
Patients with insurance should plan to pay any deductibles or estimated costs that are not covered when services are rendered. We estimate your portion based on the most up to date information we have, but it is only an estimate! We recommend a pre-treatment estimate for procedures over $300.00. Some insurance companies recommend this also. It is not a guarantee of coverage, but it will help you to understand how much insurance will pay. Please be aware dental benefit plans will never pay for the total cost of your dental care. It is only meant to assist you.
